rattling sound when i accelerate

I have a '95 with the 3.4 and its an automatic
Just reasently i have noticed a rattleing sound when i accelerate, and some times when the car switches gears. I hear it more under heaver acceleration

please help

it could be a plethera of things, most likely its a heat shild the one above the cat is infamous for rattleing around. If it is not this isolate the sound, it it coming from the body, engine cavity exhoust.

my money is on the hanger for the cat. mine broke and sounded like the car was shaching apart on acceleration. should cost about 20 bucks for a exhaust shop to fix.
