I changed the power steering pump and the noise is still there. Anyone have ideas as I can not figure out what is causing that squeal.

does the sound respond to speed or rpms? when your moving and its making the sound does it continue the same if you take it out of gear and change the rpms? i think you said it had to be under throttle up right?

It's probably rpms because it will happen from 0 till 40mph. I have put it into neutral when it was making that sound and it continued for a few seconds then stopped. Yes it only happens under light throttle.

I am having this same exact problem currently. I have gone through and replaced my Altenartor, tensioner, Water Pump, removed the ac compressor and got the ac deletion pulley and still have the squeal. It doesnt really do it when i am sitting at idel, but when i step on the gas, it goes off and it is a high squeal. Bout to replace the power steering pump this tuesday because it is rocking back and forth as well.

brake, throghout bearing would be my first suspects. depending on noise. brake would change with speed of car, throughout bearing would change with the speed of the motor.
