Hi everyone, I am purchasing a v6 automatic camaro 1995 with the 3.4 l engine. I will probably have the car on the road with license,inspection,etc within a few days and Im excited. Now, I hear that the 3.4 liter engine is a bit on the slow side but is it really that bad compared to normal daily driver v6's on the road today?

I definitely want to do some upgrades to get more hp out the car, but as i am only 18 and don't really have ANY knowledge about the inner workings of cars I need a little help. I am not looking to do anything extremely expensive to this car because I doubt it would be worth it. That being said, i am definitely interested in getting some more horse power. Anyone have suggestions on upgrades for a little more horse power/ a better sound ?

 

The 3.4 liter is pretty slow. I would never mod it if I had one, to be brutally honest.
