Default Power loss diagnostics

Hi,
back again after a long while...! bee busy.

So my car seems to be performing pretty low for a while. I feel it has a lot less power than before, specially when goin uphill, without the gas padel pushed all the way (so that it wont change gears) it used to be a lot better, and now i need to push the padel a lot more for it to keep goin. I think i feel it more after a long drive uphill, but not sure about that. I can't say if it has low power in high RPM though. It doesnt stutter, Idle around 1100-1200. ( i replaced the spark plugs exept the two on the middle of each side)

I am wondering what to start with, what should I look first, then what, if anyone can just give me a basic list numbered, so I can start lookin, that would be great.

thanx.

start by changing the middle plugs. check the maf to see if its dirty, check air filter to see if its in need of a decent burial, whens the last time the fuel filter or 02 sensors been changed? check the fuel pressure regulator for fuel leakage in its vacumm line. maybe test the evap system and check fuel pressure.

yah on the lt1 its the back one on the passenger side. with the headers its the next one toward the front. i can do 7 in no time at all, the eighth one takes a couple hours. have you tried to get em from underneath

its easier if i take the starter lose and move it outa the way. with the headers i take the header on that side lose to i can get my hand in there.
