Hey does anyone know where to find a pcm programmer for a 1999 Camaro V6? Ive been looking everywhere and i cant find one. I really want to remove the speed limiter and be able to adjust the timing.

I know of Tuning software that you can advance and retard the timing with, but I am not aware of any handheld that can do so.
