True, but I didn't dyno it yet either. I came from stock manifolds that were leaking with bad O2 sensors, a bad EGR, and clogged cat. The headers I got are long tube not short tube which gives me the pipe right to the cat. I put on a brand new EGR, new O2 sensors, a high-flow cat, and Flowmaster 80 series dual output muffler. So, there was quite a difference in the car after I was done! I'll dyno it next time I get a chance at an upcoming show.

What are you talking about? Pacesetter does not make V6 Camaro long tube headers...

Yeah they do, I have them on the car now! There's 2 different ones available for the 3.4L. Short and long tubes. Not as long as the V8 headers mind you but longer than the short ones.

hold up, i missed the part about the egr. my dd (95 blazer) had a clogged egr valve for the longest time. i finally got around to fixing it, and when i did, it felt like it was slower. i could no longer climb the mountain i went over to work in 4th gear, it would have to drop to third to get up it. to go from 70-80 on the highway required at least half throttle, almost forcing a downshift. i didnt like it and unplugged it. no other changes than that, and everything went back the way it was. climbed the mountain pass with ease, and a 70-80 pass take just about a quarter throttle to do. now i have been told by other reputable members here that it defied engine operation as the egr reduces cylinder temps and allows for the timing to advance more, but this is my own experience. i say try blocking off the egr (or unplug if electrical) and see if that makes a difference

Now isn't that what we both said? Yup, mid-tube headers. There's also short ones but they might not be available anymore. Why do you have to be such a **** about everything?

You said, and I quote "There's 2 different ones available for the 3.4L. Short and long tubes. Not as long as the V8 headers mind you but longer than the short ones." -- just pointing out that no long tubes are available from Pacesetter for V6 4th Gens.

Why do you need to revert to ad hominem attacks when your terminology is wrong?

You only prove you are so uneducated that you are only able to express yourself by calling people names, not proving my assertion wrong.
