P1518 code - Can't delete - Car will not turn over.
The car won't even turn over, Motor is not froze up and it has set for almost 2 years. I tried to delete the P1518 code but it won't delete. Battery was checked and is good. Help! I'M not as young as I use to be.lol

Well if the code won't clear with a scan tool its a hard code that is seeing a problem. Voltage is wrong and it is always wrong. In that situation there is no way to clear the code it needs fixed.
The TAC code should not stop the car from cranking. IMO is step one, see if the little wire on the starter is getting power when you turn the key to the crank position.
