Default oxygen sensor location?

I'm getting a p0147 error, o2 sensor bank 1, sensor 3. If the locations are the same as the 96-97 v6 its the one behind the cat. Anyone have a picture of the 1998 and later 3.8L o2 sensor locations . I looked through the sticky of " the location of everything ", but didn't see it. Thanks for the help Dennis

The service manual doesn't label the sensors the same as you refer, but yes the third sensor is located just after the catalytic converter.

His description matches the description in the 98 manual almost exactly. Maybe he edited it?

FSM says: DTC P0147 H02S Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 3

Gary, what I was referring to was shown on the Engine Controls Component chart, page 6-808, where the rear O2 sensor is called Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1, Sensor 2.

That was a generic display on my code reader. I haven't looked under the car to see if there are 3 or 4 o2 sensors on the v6.
