ok my oxygen sensor on the passenger side is broke i thin just want to make sure
if u can spin the tip that connects to the wires on the sensor its broke rite?
and can this cause boggin and hesitation?

 

Yep, sounds like the center core broke fee of the housing. As far as the drivability issue, It should drop into limp mode and that bank is not going to run good. I'm not real familiar with the simptoms of the GM failed o2 sensor though. But it should through a CEL if its failed.
