Default OVERHEATING

I have a 98 camaro that has just started to overheat and it is very rapid heating. I just change out my thermostat and that has not made any difference. Also my heater does not pump out any heat.
Any ideas??

flush and fill. probably a clogged heater core or radiator. Are your electric fans coming on? Do you have any coolant in the radiator...If unsure of the last question, check it when the engine is cold not hot.
