I NEED HELP replacing the a/c compressor with a bypass. Ok I need some help. I took out the 3 screws on the a/c comp. it became loose but couldn't get it off. Trying to remove this thing is a pain in the ****. Also do i go ahead and cut the a'c lines. Can i just hack em out. Of course after it depressurized. THANKS

I take it, you don't ever use the a/c? If you are in the destructive mood, I guess you could cut it all out (only after the refrigerant is all removed). Before you take the hacksaw to the engine bay, please make sure you know what you are cutting. There are some couplings on the a/c system lines that require a special tool. I'm not sure if that is what is giving you trouble or not.
