Might need to get a O2 sensor removal tool, looks like a socket that fits over it but has a cut out for the wiring. Makes it a little easier to do with a rachet. These just screw in. Hardest part is getting to them.

unplug it. get open end wrench. unscrew the sensor with said wrench. install new sensor, and tighten with said wrench. plug sensor back in. sit back and understand why there are no writeups.

It also depends on where you live. Have you ever tried to get something loose from an exhaust system on a midwest car? You may need to soak the fitting with some PB blaster, and then cook it with a blowtorch before it decides to just "fall off" the exhaust. Just be sure you don't burn down the car.

+1 if i had a dollar for every time i had to use 248 cans of wd40 to get crap off the bottom side of a car...well...id have a handfull of ones but thats a dfferent story. I too suggest soaking it with something before you go all hulk on it..it should make it a bit more enjoyable expeience

It sucks if you have a lift it makes a little easier if not jack it way up and go at it from driver side underneath with an open end after unplugging it may wanna remove driver front tire for more space and penetrating oil does wonders good luck

It wasn't that. Seeing you're from Texas, I figured you may not have experienced welded on type rust like we get up here. I've been down south before, and have seen the underneath of some old cars that look so clean and rust free. One winter up here, with all the road salt, and things start to rust shut real fast. You just made it sound too easy!
