Default No Heat or very little heat out the vents

Ok 1997 RS Camaro 3.8 V-6. I am getting very little heat out the vents i have replaced the thermostat with a 195 degree car is running 200-210 degrees according to the guage if i run the heater fan on low i will get luke warm air if put on medium speed it will blow cold in matter of seconds so any help would be great on how to fix this its getting a little cool out in the morning not to have heat.

Your car should be running around what looks like 200-210. 195 is when the thermostat actually opens up. As far as not having heat... Sounds like your heater core has gone bad. Your car isn't overheating I'm guessing so I'd venture to say you aren't air locked.

Make sure you can get water flow through the heater core. Also make sure the cable that actuates the mix door under the heater unit is connected.

First of all make sure that the cooling system is full. Checking at the reservoir isn't enough -- you have to remove the rad cap *when the engine is cool* and check the level in the rad.

If you have sufficient coolant in the system, disconnect the hoses to/from your car's heater core and use a garden hose to carefully forward flush back flush the core. You won't believe the amount of crud that you will break loose. Don't put full city pressure to the core or you'll rupture it.

As Massey says also check the temp control cable and door operation. When you twist the **** to full cold you should hear a solid "thunk" as the temp blend door slams shut. That will tell you that the door is operating. You don't hear anything at the hot end of blend door travel but you should feel an output temp increase.
