when i am driving my car highway speeds i can feel where my feet are is kinda hot? is that normal for these cars? the temp gauge is fine by the way.

 

if you have headers yes. now if it seems too hot pull over and have a look under and see if exhaust is red hot. if so you are running rich and the excess fuel is burning off inside

 

i dont have headers i do have an exhaust system of some kind though and i will do that test asap!

 

if its hot I notice my feet get hot to then I run the ac .so. it comes out to the flloor ..this hot weather can make a big difference ,I notice with sandles on ,then when my feet start fre.ezing I adjust the ac.another direction,if your wearing boot then it going to get hot no matter what ,an if you got no AC then its worse ,but yes use the floor adjustment if AC works

 

the exhaust is not running hot. but i do have some kind of muffler delete kit.

 

they just get hot,i notice the exhuast is touching the floor on the passnger side ,mine my feet allway got hot unless i had th AC on an with hot weather could make it hotter ,boots made it even hotter,could try heat shield ? what is muffler delete kit ,if your runing tru duals then i dont know ,now that i have them floor is not as hot ,but with no AC the car is just plain hot with most of the the us 90 to 100 right now in july now the 95 that is ,the 3.8 has AC for now.? is the car stock v6 v8,you dont mention wich car you have

 

yeah i deleted the a/c so thats not an option XD and its a v8
