Default No Heat!!!

I have a 94 3.4L. I have replaced the heater core, and done a few things to the radiator system nothing major but it won't blow out any heat in the car any suggestions on what this might be? Also, I have replaced the water pump judging by the other topics on this subject those were the suggetions so what else could it be...maybe thermostat? Help please!! it's cold lol

the thermostat should have been the first thing to change, seeing how it is only a 10 dollar/10 minute job

would the thermostat prevent it from not putting out heat? If so, what is the best ? I was thinking of putting a lesser degree thermo in it maybe like 170 or 165 thermostat...would that work? I just got the car back from getting new freeze plugs put in now the temp barely moves is this ok or should i be concerned?

Before tearing into the motor, drive it around for half an hour. What does the temp guage say? If it's stuck in the lower temp ranges (80-130), then more then likley it's the thermostat. If it get around 160-210, then you have other problems.

I can drive a long time and the temp gauge hardly moves it starts at 160 and goes up to 260 but it stays around 160 or 170.

The line to your heater core could be plugged. I have a 94 3.4 also. This is what was wrong with my car when I had no heat. Check thermostat make sure its not stuck open. I replaced mine. It cost me only 10.00 for thermostat and gasket. Now my heater works great. Good Luck
