i just got my camaro today, if ya'll could just give me like a lil run down of what to look out for and any advice and site for good parts would be nice thanks

Hey, welcome! From your user name it seems you have a 2000 V6, just like mine. The only thing you should watch out for is driving in wet weather, even with traction control that thing will fishtail pretty hard, so take it easy. Another thing is that the lights on the sterio tend to go out. Pretty much as long as you take care of it, it will be a pretty good car. Make shure your coolent is still good. It is designed to stay in you system for 5-6 years. If it is bad your heater wont work as well and you will loose performance. Keep thoes fuel injectures clean.....mine seem to get cloged easly.

thanks bro, i had a 97 mustng v6 before i sold it i got a lot done with that car, had alot of fun. it was the same way when it came to wet roads, and my car dont have tc on it. i have a cd player that is gonna go in it i hate stock. i'm installer, lol. i let my stang go with a modled in tv in the damn custom amp rack all that good stuff

i started getting it ready to paint and came across alot of someone esle body work that had to be redone. someone sprayed the car with krilone to hide and i would have cost me way to much to have a nice paint job on itso i sold it, i had it for a year

lol I hada 98 Mustang V6 before I had my Maro... Yea there's a HUGE diff between are 3.8 and the Ford 3.8.....lol.

But yea hope you enjoy some real speed outa your new Sixer the 3.8 Maro's/Firebirds are good cars. I havent had any problems outa mine thus far just some minor stuff such as wear and tare (spark plugs coil pack etc.)

Post some pics if yah can.
