exchange the coil with another and if the weak spark follows change the coil. how old are your 02 sensors? check the evap system. check the fuel pressure regulator (pull the vacuum hose off and see if theres fuel in it, if so change) . u scann for trouble codes?

Fuel pressure regulator is on the engine on the fuel rail usually opposite of the fuel inlet hoses. It will be round and have a vacuum line attached to it. The Evap system is located on top of the fuel tank and consists of a evap solenoid, charcoal canister some hoses. There may be some relays and other devices located in the engine bay but I am not sure I have not yet ever had to work on my evap system. Poor mileage like you are describing can be from clogged cats, needing a tuneup, clogged injectors, O2 sensors going bad, MAF/MAP not reading right, tire pressure too low, excess slippage in your tranny. I could go on for a while it is just a matter of testing and tuning to get your mileage back up in the 20's like it should be.

Also driver's right foot can be a major cause of low mileage.

do you also know what is causing back fires, it seems to be coming out the left side of motor but all the sparks are good on the left side. can the o2 be causing it. when i bought the car the o2 sensor on the right side was replaced only.

the o2 sensors will not cause backfires but a burnt exhaust valve will cause the backfires and also the mileage and lack of performance issues you were talking about. Run a compression check on your car and see what the results are. Also a leakdown check would show issues as well.

if you are running rich sometimes it will backfire. have you recently changed the plugs or plug wires? if u have a cylinder that is not fireing it will send unburned gas into the exhaust, the unburned gas ignites and you have a backfire. the pipe for that cylinder will be very hot or not depending on if the gas in the exhaust is burning or not at the time. have you tried to move the coil? a 02 sensor that is fouled with carbon because of a rich operation can set off a downward cycle, or should i say upward, the carbon fouling causes the 02 sensor to tell the computer there is not as much fuel as there really is, the computer sends more fuel causing more fouling and causing a signal that tells the computer there is even less fuel than there really is. in the end u end up with plugs and 02 sensors that dont work.
