Default Mysterious Heat Issue

Ok so here's the issue. My car is blowing white smoke and running all so very slightly rough. Just enough to be noticeable. Anyways, I'm sure it's a head gasket or some crap like that.

The reason I'm posting here is because I checked my oil after the car was running for 20 minutes to see if it was milky but it wasn't. Then I grabbed my radiator cap. It was cold as if the car was never started. I also checked the hoses. The top radiator hose was hot. The bottom radiator hose was cold as ever. Also my heat in my car is very weak. Seems like room temperature air. My car isn't overheating at all. Gets up to about 190 and then drops a little from the thermostat kicking on I assume... The car has a brand new water pump and thermostat. I'm at a loss for words. Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds more like a blockage of some type in your cooling system unless you are losing coolant. "white smoke" may just be condensation unless it is happening all the time.

It's blowing white smoke constantly. And running slightly rough constantly. I can't tell if I'm losing coolant. I'll run it for a couple days and then check the coolant level.

when the motor has cooled completely take the radiator cap off if the coolant level is not to the brim then your losing coolant.

Sounds like the intake gasket to me. The coolant is going out through your exhaust. That will also plug your cat. Does it have a sweet smell coming out of your exhaust?

The cold hoses could be dur to lack of coolant, faulty thermostat or blockage from stop-leak.

Ok so I flushed my heater core today. It fixed the odd heat issue and the weak heat in my car. I'm still puffing white smoke though. I'll post a vid of what I'm getting here in a few minutes. Also the car doesn't really have a miss. It's just running a little rough.

Ok this the first video is when the car was running for 5 minutes. The second video was after about 20 minutes of running... Oh and don't mind the squeaky noise (It's my tensioner pulley)

Also I had another question. WHY THE HELL DOES IT LOOK LIKE THERE IS OIL ON THE GROUND AFTER I FLUSHED MY HEATER CORE!?!?!?!?
