Default My 97 3.8

Hi, my name is Foster. I just bought my 1997 Camaro. Its the 30th Anniversary edition. I just joined the forums and thought I'd post my car. Its got 183k on it but runs fine. As far as I know, it has been straight piped and has a dual settup with silverline exhaust tips. Theres little rust on the car and I paid 3.3k for it. Its my first car and I love every moment with it.

Nice looking ride. Will you be driving in the winter? You want to tract down that rust and atleast treat it so it does not get worse this coming winter. You don't want to through salt into a open wound.

By the way, what do you guys suggest I do to it? Cash is minimal because I just graduated. The exhaust is meh. I dont know what kind of catback system it has, and the tips are silverline tips, but Ive heard that my car sounds rice. Its got a lot of rasp :/ What intakes do you suggest. Basically, going from cheapest to most expensive, what should I do to give it a little more go. as of now its bone stock other then the exhaust and a straight pipe.

So my friend told me to put Cherry bombs on my camaro, As of now my car has a really raspy exhaust and im not to fond of it. I was just at a store and seen A cherry bomb turbo muffler, theres also a vortec and a glasspack like what my friend has on his 77 stang. Id like to get a lower tone from my exhaust. Have any of you guys used cherry bombs on your camaros? and if so what cherry bomb product will get me my deep sound Im looking for. Im chargin my camera right now and ill get a exhaust clip on here with my current set up.
