One more time.
There are 3 main reasons for misfire.
1) Ignition problems causing weak or no spark: spark plugs, ignition wires, ignition coil/s, ignition control module, spark timing, etc..
2) Fuel delivery causing too lean or too rich fuel mixture: injector not being fired, bad injector, bad fuel pressure, any sensors involved with A/F ratio (O2, MAF, ECT, AIT), clogged filters, etc..
3) Mechanical problemsresulting in low cranking compression: Burnt valves, valve train damage, blown gasket, broken piston, wiped out cam lobe,etc..

Helpful tools: Scanner, fuel pressure gage, compression gage, multimeter, NOID lights, spark tester.

ok got it,pulled the plug and it looked like the insulator was wearing on one side, so i changed it and took it down the road no miss or anything.
