I have Magnaflow and i personally think it sounds better than Flowmaster. Magnaflow has a good deep tone trough about 4000rpm. Flowmasters sound good at idle and 1500-2000rpm revs, but to me Flowmaster is a lot more raspy.

I have a Flowmaster 80 series for the V-8 on my V6 and sounds good up until about 4500 RPM then it gets loud, but it gives a very throaty sound up until then.
