Default Jumpy Oil Pressure

I have a 95 camaro 3.4v6 100k miles. The oil pressure has always been about 40 when I accel, and about 20 when at idle. Well about midway into my last oil change the oild pressure has been a big jumpy at idle. Accel is the same and steady, but at idle the pressure is about 20and the needle kinda bounces. Not a lot but yeah. When the engine is cold it sits at 40 when at idle oraccel and the needle is steady.Any idea of whats going on? I think it is running ruffer but that could be me just being paranoid.
Thanks

How far does the gauge swing? If it's ever so slight, it might be nothing.

not a whole lot. prob. bounces from 16-17 to 23psi. I have had the car for three years and its never done it before so something is up. Could my oil pump be going or something? I had that happen on my last car and killed the engine so I want to make find out whats up lol Thanks for any info you can give me

How's the oil level? At a given pump speed, main reasons for pressure fluctuations are air being pumped with the oil, or pump problems.

Oil level is fine. Its a little lower than it should be but its been lower before with no problems. So maybe I should get my pump checked out.
I use this stuff at autozone called Engine Repair it. I have used it about 3 times in the last year. I had slight blue smoke on start up so I go this stuff and it fixed it. It also raised the compression for a week or so when I first used the bottle. I used it more than once because it made my engine run smoother. Could this stuff have screwed with the oil pump making it malfunction?

Yeah I read that post. I guess I will change the oil agian.

But the thing is my oil pressure is what the book says it should be its never not been. Even when it bounces at idle it is in the general area. Its never really below that quater mark. usually bounces inbetween the 40 and twenty.
The only thing from that post I am thinking is that I un primed my oil pump when I changed my oil last and now it is damaged hence it not functioning properly at lower psi... The other day on the freeway it was slightly above 40psi which is, too odd, but steady. I dunno I think I am gonna take it to a shop or something.
