Internal vibration

Default Internal vibration
I have been told by aN auto shop that my engine is vibrating because either the crankshaft is in wrong or because the balance shaft is not right.. Any ideas to what it could be?

how many miles on the engine?

It has 135k but the motor was rebuilt which is why it's f'ed up in the first place. My buddy took it to a shop and when he got it back he waited to long to take it back to get fixed and they were out of buisness
