intermediate pipe

with someone that knew what they were doing, would i be able to install the headers myself or would a mechanic have to do it professionally?

you should be able to, need to be able to get the car up in the air, ramps or jackstands. i have used wide tires on rims under the cars tires to stablize the car then jack it up a little higher and jackstand it if needed. on the lt1 its easier to install from below, v6 headers should be a little easier but i would not bet on it. lol. gorn would know and maybe he will come back for ya.

Go add an SLP CAI -- you will notice it at highway speeds on the top end...

I installed the header with the motor out, Installing them with the motor in looks like work

Already have the Slp intake. And well darn....

I would probably go for suspension mods first since it's a V6... Shocks are the biggest bang for the buck...
