Any one know of a way to fix my upper dash pad on my 96 camaro, or where toget a good replacement?
I also need some black sun visors. Any suggestions would be great.......SFC

a junkyard would be a good option, but its hard to find a 4th gen with anything usable, at least around here.
the biggest yard in town had 7 camaros and they were all completely gutted.

something like a dash, tho...i guess you might have a shot at finding one in a junkyard

i would check ebay.

also, try craigslist. you just might find somebody parting out a 4th gen

I have looked at several in the bone yards and seems all their dashes are trashed, either by someone trying to get stuff out of the car or damaged by weather from the glass being broken out.

Around here (SE PA) any 4th gen Camaro or Firebird is stripped to the bone within a week of hitting the yard. On a V8 cars it's just a few days. If you get there while the car is still warm it's a bonanza. A day or so later... The good stuff is gone.
