so im still in the process of fixin my blown head gasket...yesterday i was takin the intake manifolt off and there were some things blocking the bolts...they look like brackets but when i unbolted them the things they were holding didnt budge...anyone have any ideas of what this could be? also when should i just throw in the towel and take it to a shop to have them fix it?

 

ooo...the dreaded pass side bracket eh...
