Default Intake

Hello, I hope you can help me with a question. I am in the process of replacing the head gaskets on my 94 3.4l camaro. It looks like I need to remove the fuel rail and injectors before I remove the upper intake, would that be correct?
Any other tips on this job would be greatly appreciated.

Not real familar with the 3.4, but I know on most engines yes, have to remove the fuel rail. It generally makes it easier (if you did not have to remove it) to go a head and remove it. A little bit of extra time removing all the extra wires/hoses etc from around the intake could save a lot of frustration later lol. If you dont have one, go ahead and pick up the intake gaskets as well, you can replace them as your re-installing everything

I know I had to remove the fuel rail and injectors on my Fiero to remove the upper intake (2.8, basically the same motor) so I would expect to have to here. You will have to remove them to take out the lower intake manifold anyway.
