Question i need help w/ rocker arm adjustment

helped my son replace head gaskets on a 1994 camaro 3.4. now it is time to adjust valves. all manuals tell me to put it on "0" tdc and adjust certain rocker arms. we can find a mark on the crankshaft pulley but cant find a timing tab anywhere to match it up with. our chiltons dosn't show it and we even went to look at another 3.4 but could not find a tab. how do we find tdc. also are all three ignition coils exactly the same as we removed them individually w/out marking. thank you for your help.

Coils are the same. The wire must be in the correct order. Pull a plug stick something in there that will not scratch the metal or break off. Feel for when the is at the top of its stroke. Now turn the motor over by hand until you see the intake valve open and close. The next time the piston comes up to the top that should be TDC #1 cylinder

makes sense. if i rotate it another 360 degrees it will be on exhaust stroke. is there another piston that will be at tdc of compression stroke at that time as #1 is hard to get to. thanks
