I am trying to replace a dome light bulb in the rear on top. When I took it out I saw that it was unusual because it had 2 hoops for connection. My question is where can I get the replacement bulb and you please tell me what bulb number they are because I can’t find them anywhere.

go to chevy and ask em for a dome light bulb

 

I did not want the stock one because it’s now bright at all. I wanted to get some hyper white ones.

nope...sorry, do you have Murray's Auto Parts around you...I just realized it's a MI chain...did you check Autozone? I don't have the package for them anymore

 

Unfortunately I don’t have Murray's Auto Parts around me and AutoZone don’t have them ether, they are not even sure what kind I need because computer shows them a little different bulb.

 

I just went to autozone yeturday and got 2 bulbs for my rear dome light it was only like $3.00.

 

the people (no offense if anyone works there) aren't knowledgeable about cars (in general @ my local store)...they would give you anything as long as there computer says so. Did you just look around at autozone?

Try looking at some other auto parts stores

 

Auto Zone is ok if you need some antifreeze or air freshners. If you need auto parts go to an independant parts place or Carquest or even NAPA.
