Pull back on your turn signal lever,the actual switch is cable actuated from the turn sig lever and will be somewhere at the bottom of the steering column.

what are the steps you have too take too change the dimmer switch on a 95 camaro

That is the dimmer for the dash and interior lights. The headlight dimmer is the one attached to the stalk that switches from low to high beam & back.
