Honestly, a plug wire change should suffice. Fuel delivery isn't so much a problem with this hesitation. I was, like stated before, plagued with the hesitation and P0300. Be sure to carefully inspect the routing of each wire, making sure none are directly rubbing the manifolds at any point. Also be sure that plug wires from partner cylinders are not grouped together.

And yes, Seafoam will clean the injectors but a faulty injector at this stage seems skeptical. The problem only occurs during high engine load. To cleanse the injectors (the correct way) requires a pressurized tank, fuel line adaptors, air lines and regulators, and a correct injector pulser. The 'easy' way is to feed it through the brake booster line, but I'd advise against it. We all know how terrible gasoline is to rubber, let alone this highly refined kerosene substance. Seafoam can be added to the gas tank and will not be as effective as a direct clean, but may help. It's recommended you change your fuel filter after you seafoam the fuel tank, as it may dislodge gunk in the lines and clog it.
