HELP my car is runing rich

My 2.8 L is running rich and I cant figure it out have any suggestions?

carb or injected?

i think all 2.8's are injected but just to be sure

If injected and running rich, it would help to check out the O2 sensor, and fuel pressure. If they are OK, there may be a bad injector.
