Just bought a 96 camaro with the v6 3.8L, I've notice that some wires by the ECU have been cut/splice, does anyone know what these cut wires connect to?? thanks for any help

areFrom the picture, it looks like the two connectors are C100 and C105. Also looks like there are several wires cut in front of PCM, but I'm unable to see what they may go to. I've attached pages from the 1996 Service Manual that may help.
