Default help!!!

i have a 99 camaro 3.8 and a few days ago the check engine light came on. when going from 0 to about 40 or 50 mph the car runs like **** with a real bad hestitation and the seems to run fine. i got a obd reading p0303 cylinder 3 misfire reading. please help! will the car run like i explained because of this reading?

Yes. Sounds like You need some spark plugs and plug wires. It could also be a ignition coil that has gone bad.

ok...i just ordered a ignition coil pack. ill try that first ad see if that fixes the problem. if not ill change the plugs

Default help!

update....there is white smoke coming out of the exhaust. i checked the oil and that looks ok but coolant looks brown and there is a light brown.....looks kinda like sludge on the inside of the cap and on the plastic strip that runs from the overflow cap down into the overflow. any ideas?

Sounds like you have some oil in your coolant to me. That would be bad.

yes it sounds like a head gasket. Better that than a cracked head. (cheaper I mean, if you can do it yourself,) Either way not good though. good luck...
