Fuel Leak, location identified
Forgot to add this was a 1996 v6.
Hello everyone. I'm actually an MR2 guy myself and as such I don't have much experience with Camaro's however, I'm here for a buddy who knows little/nothing about cars. I was with him today and smelled a fuel leak. I sniffed it down and found the location, (I shall link an image shortly) after carefully examining it, lifting the hose caused more fuel to run out, until there was simply no more leaking. After leaving the car running for awhile we tested again and more fuel leaked out. I need to know what part this is and what parts will be required to replace it.

On this image it is on the right side of the engine bay (in front of the drivers area), three rubber cables come from the right side of the vehicle and into a black plastic tube to protect them (it is wrapped with yellow tape as well, very easy to see). When lifting the black tube that protects the rubber cables, there is obvious fuel leakage. I have informed my friend not to drive until I know what the part is and we're able to replace any bad/damaged parts. He, however, does not have a proper manual and thus here I am, asking for your help! Any advice is appreciated.

Those are your fuel lines, one of them should also be a vacuum line.....you can get a fuel line repair piece from an auto parts store. You cut where the leak is and connect the ends of the cut line to this fuel line adapter piece. Not really sure what it is exactly called but you can search on advance or napa or something.

should be three hoses, one fuel line thats pressurized, one fuel return line that sends unburnt fuel back to the tank and one evap vent line that vents pressure from the fuel tank to the motors vacuum system so it can be burned by the motor.
