Default Front suspension

I'm planning on changing my front balljoints and tierods due to a heavy pull to the right side while I'm driving , also my right side tierod keeps shaving the treads on the inside of the tire. I plan on getting a wheel alignment after the installation. But I would like to know if maybe there are other small parts or other things I should replace while everything is off

I would like to have changed my strut/shocks, springs and even control arms but that's a way bigger project which requires a lot more money that I don't have. I just wanna know if there is anything an enthusiast would do to his ride if he or she were in my shoes.

If you're going to change sway endlinks, I would consider poly ones -- Prothane is a good choice. But if you're going to do the front, you should also do the rear...

Actually I did change my rear endlinks, while I was changing them I happen to rip off a piece of foam block type thing on the driver side, above my stabilizer bar. My brother told me a couple days later that it might be a bump stop, and I did notice I hit bumps harder in the back, but I can't tell if its the poly endlinks or if its from that piece that broke off. Can anyone tell me what this piece is?

^ Yep, sounds like you need new bumpstops too... But if you're hitting bumps too hard, sounds like you better dampening -- you need shocks -- look into SLP Bilsteins...

Would it be ok to change my shocks without chAnging my springs? Also are there after market springs that wouldn't drop my ride so low?

You can no problem, but they may be sagging already in a '95 depending on the mileage.

I agree with liberty on the SLP Bilsteins. That's what I went with. The matching SLP Eibach springs are the only aftermarket springs I know of that don't drop much over stock. They list 1 inch drop, but I would say it's closer to 1/2 to 3/4 inch. Maybe a little more of a drop in the rear than the front.

I put jeep bumpstops on mine too. The bolt holes line up the same, I just had to bend the metal lip up because the new ones were wider.

I changed shocks on both my Camaros and kept the OEM springs. I think the front V6 springs suck, however, and it's worth considering V8 OEM springs. Note that the spring rates are different depending on the years! Like for an '02, the rear on V6 & V8 is the same rate, but the front is stiffer on the V8...

SLP Eibachs reportedly sag in relatively short order and aren't really recommended. I would look into getting V8 springs if you're sagging. How many miles? Or if you want to lower with some other springs, you're talking big bucks since you really need Koni single adjustables...

Problem with the poly jeep bumpstops is that it's a harsher transition, so the OEM rubbery ones yield a better ride.
