The only way I could see it being "wanna be" is if it said Z28 or SS on it. Personally I think front license plates of the 3rd and 4th generation cars looks like crap.

 

Yea, see, i think so too. I saw the speed grille in the magazine and couldnt stop looking at it. Then when i looked at the front of my car it didnt look cool anymore.

Up here in Minnesota one winter my wife was pulled over and she was told that my '95 had to have a front license plate. So I started to look around at other 95's. No license plate. And I refuse to put some cheap aftermarket bracket on the front of my car. Needless to say Ruby still has no front license plate, and it's going to stay like that.
