OK Im going to go out on a limb here and hope you are talking about the fogs not the headlights.

There should be a rocker switch on the left side of the dash and right next to the headlamp switch. The fogs will only work with Parking lights and Low beams.

Its a rocker switch you push the bottom of it and it will turn on the lights. It's not rocket science here. If you cant figure out how to use a switch on your dash I dont think you need to be behind the wheel.

My answer was based on the information and my personality... You have talked to me on the phone you know what I am like. I cant offer any real information on his car's condition with out more information so I am expressing some humor.

OK... First off you need to have good bulbs and they need to be plugged in. No smart @$$ here just making sure we dont run around chasing a tail we dont have.

If the bulbs are good and plugged in then turn on the headlights or parking lights and push the switch. If the switch is good it should light up wether the lights to or not. If the switch does not light up then the bulb in the switch is bad or it is not getting its power from the car (bad switch or not plugged in or something like that).

Fogs will not work in hi-beam.

The relay is under hood and it could be bad but relays rarely go bad, test it first. Make sure there is no corrosion on the contacts as well.
