fog/driving lights

ok so when i bought the car the fog lights didnt work. i finally got around to looking at them and found that the bulbs were broken. i bought new bulbs, but now i cant get the housing back into the bracket. is there any specific way to change the bulbs that i just dont know about? it doesnt seem like it sould be that hard.

It sucks and is truly a pain -- but go under the bumper cover -- you may need to remove some body screws -- but you can get some better access that way from the bottom...
