im having the smae issue but none of my fans turn on, does anybody know if you could varify the relay integrity using a multimeter. I have the GMC service manual and its very vague.

If the car has AC, turn on the AC to max, & the fans should run. If they run then the relays are good and the fan motors and wiring are also good.
