I think is sounds pretty good. When are you going to fix the blown head gasket that is causing all the steam?

Very soon. The car has been parked because i had to replace the transmission. When we took it off of the block we've noticed some coolant/oil leaking so we replaced the rear main seal. That didnt stop it. So when the next paycheck comes im gunna just rebuild the whole motor. Lots of people are like dont build a v6 but i say screw that. Why not build one and show everyone what i did. I mean i have plans for this thing. Its like the kid on Youtube who did the 3.8 turbo( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHmzYtWramM ) I mean you see all the ls1/lt1 camaros around and everyone is lookn at the 3.8!!! so yea hopefully this is the complete list im going to try and get. (not all at once) lol

Sounds good at idle but rasps a lot more than most 3.4s I've heard when you rev it. Overall it's decent. Good idle sound, probably sounds better under load. I'd work on getting a full catback with some headers and ORY. That'll help it out quite a lot.

It was horribly coldd that morning plus i jsut started it up so thats why the raspyness is there. It usually isnt. But how do i get a ory if the torsion bar is in the middle almost all the way down the back? Plus with the car being so low how can i do anything with it?

You need to address the head flow issue. Putting a higher lift cam in a engine that is already starved for flow can actually reduce power. My understanding of the 3.4 is the bottom end is pretty strong but you would want to replace the connecting rod bolts.

You should start a seprate thread for the 3.4 project. We get tons of question on the 3.4 it would be nice to have a thread to point too.
