Angry Evap system

Ok, so my evap emissions system is driving me insane right now... its been throwing check engine lights for about a year now. I've had it fixed 4 times in a garage for different leaks and such now, and it ALWAYS breaks within a week, and needs some other new part I never knew existed... It JUST got out of inspection where I had the trans mount replaced, plugs and wires changed, and when it got home, I changed the oil and filter.

I've gone to the same garage each time, are they just doing crap work? or is there a cause to this?

I've replaced hoses...
purge valve and solenoid, the charcoal canister is less than 2 years old, there was a new stock spec. fuel pump installed in Feb 2010., replaced the transmission mount and driveshaft, outer wheel bearings, and rear brakes within the year.

I know the BCM is fouled up since the radio and windows will randomly stop working for a moment and then come back to me. also, the security light on the dash is always lit up, which means the security system is bypasses if I am correct? would any of this effect anything?

sooo, my question is... How can I fix the "flow during non-flow condition" code? and can I fix my BCM without replacing? I'm looking for anything, as long as it doesn't involve too much money... since I just spent it all getting it inspected and getting an evap pressure leak fixed.

Here is how to fix the BCM

The evap part sounds like a clogged line or bad solonoid. Now you said you replaced the Solonoid, how about the line from the charcoal can to the soloniod? If that gets clogged it will act like a canister or purge valve. Which engine do you have? 3.8L or LT1?

I have the 3.8, I was never told which lines were replaced or checked. although I am fairly sure the relay and solenoid are good, since they're practically brand new. How would I go about clearing the line or replacing it? or checking to see if it is in need of replacement...

Thanks for the link about the bcm. I'm gonna do that up and see what happens.

OK I just reread this thread and realised that my dyslexia was messing with me when I first read it all. Flow durring no flow conditions means the solonoid is open at all times or at least at the wrong times. This does not indicate a blockage like I suggested above. For this I would check the relay, make sure it is the proper relay, and to verify that the solonoid works. I will see if I can find some schematics on the system and post them here.

ah this makes more sense... since none of my hoses appear to be blocked, as they do pass air through them via air compressor. Where might I find this relay? and What might cause the relay to keep going bad? I've had this happen a few times...
