well, if you want **more** torque feeling, put 3.73 posi gears and a alluminum drive shaft, you'll decrease you're top speed tho. and the alluminum driveshaft(people claim) reduces HP(i think it's onl 2 or 3 % if any tho)loss to wheels, and something like 30 pounds less

 

How do you figure an aluminum drive shaft could REDUCE HP?! It is getting rid of weight...

 

Honestly, for the cost of all the mods required to get more hp out of a V6, you might as well just sell the car and apply that as the upgrade to a V8. The cost difference between the two is getting smaller and smaller as they age, but the parts (and labor costs, even if the "cost" is your own time) are still expensive.

Another good performance mod is to reduce weight. Take 2000lbs off the car, and it'll be as spry as a Lotus Speaking of performance, I still can't believe Chevy put a solid rear axle on this car, what the hell were they thinking?
