Default enigne cuting out

My 3.8 in my camaro just developed a problem, it cuts out. Not very much, just like 3 little times if i give more gas at a low rpm in a high gear ( its a 5 speed). It has never done this before, but the old engine did... This engine is from a 05 buick park avenue with now 44,000 miles. it has all new gaskets (upper/lower intake, rear main, oil filter mount, TB, heater hose elbows), fuel filter, ac delco iridium plugs, 8.5 MSD wires, 180 thermostat and 1 new O2 sensor. Also I noticed at idle the oil pressure gauge mover alot, like 4-6 psi by the 60 mark. I used mobil 1 syn. oil and a fram tough guard filter. A friend scaned my car because the SES was on, it said, code P0332 (knock sensor 2 low input and P0420 (less than efficient cat). could those cause a problem? when he scanned he reset the computer and it has not came on, that was 500 miles ago.

Thanks for the help

pull the plugs out and see if you can find a problem cylinder. just for piece of mind test the fuel pressure. look the wires over good for any damage or wear. how old are the coils? it may be a tired coil.
