Engine going bad...best solution??
Here's what's goin on...my Diagnostic comp. is not talking to my scanner, believe my head gasket is blown, water is leaking from the front of my engine behind my serpentine belt at one point. So what should i do? Should i get a new 3.4L engine and switch it out? should i get rid of this car and buy a Z or SS? anything?
I understand that many of you fancy NOT swapping for a bigger engine (too much work, money, ok) so what IS my best option? let's pretend money is not an issue, but quotes/estimates are appreciated.
Thanks in advance, I'm really hoping to keep this car, but if I need to get rid of it (Lord willing no) then so be it.

GMs are known to blow intake gaskets. many times the head gasket is replaced and the problem is fixed as you have to replace the intake gasket as well. It could be the head, but I would look into it a lot more before you jump to quick as it could be a smaller problem.
