Default Electrical question

Im having an issue with my 2000 camaro. Every now and again while Im driving the radio will stop working like it loses all power. When it does the windows wont roll up or down either. The radio and the windows are the only things that stop working. After awhile they start working again. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Could also be a fuse. One might be shorting out (not quite blown) or loose. You can figure out which you need to check on the panel that comes off, but I normally check every fuse. I have needed to change just one many times and found 3 more that were dead.

Judging by the BCM fix and the problems associated with it, looks like thats definitely the problem.
