door rattle
its the glass rattling i had the same problem on my eclipse (ik ricer but it was free so i cant btch) i took the panel off and found where it was hitting and put some of the soft part of velcro there no more rattle
There are 2 little pads that assist the glass as it rolls up and will keep it from rattling when it is down. When the glass is fully up does the glass stay in place or will it move. If it moves these are broken.

The door pannel is not that hard to put back together. There are a total of 6 screws that hold every thing together and one tricky little trip piece that can cause some issues. THere are 3 #3 phillips screws that hold the door handle to the door (2 you can see and one under the part that goes up by the window switches) Then 2 more #2 screws on the tricky trim piece (This is the large trim piece that the lock and door handle go through.) the last screw is for the triangle up by the mirror. Remove the switches carefully so you dont mess up the clip, and unplug. Remove the lock lever by prying up on it (it will pop out) Then do your best to fish out the big trim piece. I cant really tell you how to do this part (I could but then I would have to kill you... OK just kidding) you need to get the forward part up off the door handle first then turn it 90º to lift off the door leaver. Now you just lift the door pannel up and it will come free. The main trick getting it back on it getting all the hooks through the holes at the same time and push it all back down. Be patient and it will all go back together right.

Ouch... Glad you were able to get that fixed. Try not using the glass to shut the doors, that is what breaks those pads. Also make sure that they capture the glass properly when it rolls up. Those help align the glass to the car body and keep it in place tight.

there should be pads on the stock window seal as well. also a couple bumpers down farther on a crossbar. did you put some epoxy on it before riviting. helps to hold the patch tightly in place.
