distributor in 3.4 v6 1995 motor and other changes
changing to edlebrock and 4 barrel which dist just going with coil and dist to keep simple and inexpensive do i pull out all sensors from block and put in metal plugs as i am running simple street rod wiring . is it a s10 dist which years thanks barry

what changes do i need to make 1995 3.4 camaro motor using 4 v and intake and dist coil how about removing sensors and putting in plugs anything else going to change cam and putting in cam. and headers keeping stock bore and stroke for now putting eng in british mgb only want about 180 to 190 hp thanks barry

this isnt going to work you cant just slap a carb on a car and expect it to run... also a dizzy wont fit under the cowl. the 3.4 is the worst platform to try and make power save yourself a lot of time and money (not to mention the perfectly good running car) and sell it and get a 96+ 3800 (around 200hp)

To answer your question, you are going to be making the engine old-school, with a stand-alone, non computer controlled ignition and carb.
So yes, you would be pulling the original block sensors and plugging the holes.

I need information on the same thing. I'm swapping in a 1995 Camaro motor 3.4 in my 1985.
