Ok got a update. Found out that it has wires that some how came loose at the bottom of the car and fell onto the exhaust and melted that is what was causing the ignition fuse to blow out. Fixed that issue now the car starts and back fires and dies out again. The mechanic said that he is 99.99% sure that it has jumped timing, do u guys think he's right.

i would look at the coils for any damage cracked or bare wires stuff like that. make sure the plug wires are in the right places. over and over i have heard guys crossin the wires. does the son have friends (or enemies) that would play a trick like that on em.

Its alive!
Thanks to a good mechanic. Turns out that the timing chain jumped timing. Well they changed the timing chain and it started right up and is running like a champ.
