Default Cooling fan not working...

92 RS, 3.1, single cooling fan and temperature gauge. Someone before me rigged the cooling fan to run as soon as you to the key on. I pulled out the relay for the fan, disconnected the rigging job they did and reconnected it back to the original wiring. Results were no cooling fan kicking on at all, car reached over 220. Replaced relay and temperature sending unit and checked the fuse in the fuse block, stil nothing. Does anyone see something that im missing here????

Make sure there is power going to the fan relay contact, it should have power at all times, fed by a red wire connected to a fusible link. Also check that the relay coil hot side has power when key is in run position, fed by a brown wire connected to the fan fuse. The fan is turned on by the PCM by applying ground to the other side of the relay coil.
